Delivery is free to most areas of the UK.

We aim to deliver all orders within 1-4 working days. On rare occasions due to factors outside of our control deliveries may take up to 7 working days.

Please note that some larger items require a two man delivery crew and delivery for these items may take up to 14 days. This is detailed on the product page for such items.

We use DHL for our deliveries and once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information via email. If the assigned delivery date is not convenient, you are able to select an alternative date on the DHL website.

Some areas are considered extended and may incur an additional delivery charge. If your address falls within one of these postcodes please contact us for a delivery quote prior to placing an order.

Charges

The first two delivery attempts are absolutely free*, however any subsequent delivery attempts or any changes made to the order such as re-delivery, change of address or failed deliveries may incur a charge. Please ensure you check your tracking information so that you are aware of when to expect delivery.

Charges will be incurred as a result of:

- Unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect address / postcode.
- Unsuccessful deliveries due to no one available to accept the delivery. DHL will attempt the delivery twice before returning the item to us. If the assigned delivery day is not convenient for you, please ensure you select a suitable date on the DHL website.

If you need to amend the delivery address once your order has been dispatched there will be a charge of £28.00.

If the courier is unable to deliver due to no one being available to accept the delivery then we will deduct £45.00 from your refund.

Cancellation

If you cancel your order prior to delivery we may charge you £45.00 to cover costs incurred by us. As soon as you place an order on our website, our systems automatically book and pay for the courier. This amount will be deducted from your refund to cover these costs.

If you wish to return an item after delivery due to change of mind, you will be liable for all return costs. Items must be returned in the original packaging, therefore it is important to retain all packaging until you have inspected the item.
