All of our solid wood items are individually handcrafted by skilled artisans in India. Orders are dispatched from a UK distribution centre.

Some of our items will require their legs attaching once you receive your delivery (if applicable). Simple to follow instructions will be included.

We aim to deliver all orders within 2-5 working days. On rare occasions due to factors outside of our control deliveries may take up to 7 working days. Once your order has been dispatched we will send tracking information to you by email.

Please check your item as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is damaged. We regret that we are unable to assist with damage claims that have not been reported within 24 hours of delivery.

As a small business we do not charge VAT on any of our items, therefore we are unable to provide VAT invoices.
